The purpose of data collected on this website is to validate program guidelines, communicate with you about your request, facilitate any payment awarded and assess for potential duplicate and/or fraudulent submissions. As a service provider, we do not sell your information but we do share information with program owners and financial institutions.

Sales rewards/rebates earned can be considered income. As an individual, when you earn rewards/rebates without having to spend anything in return, you received taxable income. Your Social Security number is required for the filing of Form 1099-MISC according to federal law, depending on the total payments received from during the tax year.

Profoto Rewards Terms and Conditions 

The following are the Terms and Conditions of the Profoto Rewards Program ("Program"), issued and controlled by Profoto North America. Enrollment in the Program constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Profoto reserves the right to alter, change, or terminate the program at its sole discretion. 

Participation

To be eligible to enroll in the Program you must be an active employee of an authorized Profoto dealer.  Each employee is responsible for reading the program rules and promotional criteria in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the Program, as well as the structure for earning rewards. Corporations, groups, and/or associated entities cannot enroll as Program members.  Profoto reserves the right to limit participation in the Program if deemed you are not eligible to enroll. 

To enroll in the Program, visit Profoto Rewards site (www.ProfotoRewards.com) and click on the link titled "Create Account". You will be required to provide the name of the dealer you work for to begin the enrollment process.  

Complete all required fields including your Social Security Number (SSN). Your SSN is required for tax purposes. No reward will be issued without an SSN. All earnings received from the Program may be subject to taxation. If the filing of a Form 1099 (or T4 in Canada) is required, a copy will be provided to the recipient. 

Earning Rewards
Participants can collect Rewards for the sale of qualifying Profoto products by submitting an on-line claim using the redemption portal at www.ProfotoRewards.com and upload a copy of the dated sales receipt. (Acceptable formats: .bmp .gif .jpg .png .pdf) No faxes or mailed documents will be accepted.

For a claim to be approved and a reward issued, the claimed product must be listed in the program overview. All claims must be submitted within 30 DAYS OF THE SALE DATE. Any claims submitted after the 30-day period will not be processed/funded. 

Profoto will validate every sale you claim, including model number, serial number, and sale date. You play an important part in protecting your customer’s confidential information. Do not share this information with any unauthorized party or use it for any purpose other than as directed by the customer.  

Profoto reserves the right to invalidate Rewards in a Participant's Account if it is determined that the sales were obtained in a fraudulent manner or credited incorrectly. Profoto will not be liable for any typographical or other errors in the Participant's Account. Participants are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their passwords and restricting access to their Account. Participants agree to accept responsibility for any activity that occurs under their Account. If it is determined a Participant has engaged in any fraudulent activity, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Account. Program participation is subject to these rules, as well as policies and procedures that the Sponsor may add or modify.
